The Toyota Land Cruiser Prado (150 series) is the optimal vehicle for Rwanda’s safari circuit. It combines comfortable tarmac highway driving — which dominates Rwanda’s inter-park routes — with adequate off-road capability for Akagera’s game circuits and Nyungwe’s secondary tracks. The comfort disadvantage on Rwanda’s smooth tarmac is a minor trade-off for the capability you need in Uganda.
